Oxford Properties is on board to help redevelop the future of the Eglinton Bus Barns location at Eglinton and Duplex ave.

Recently we attended the community meeting to hear more about the plans and process and we encourage the community to connect and provide input as well.  Key pieces we asked to be included are:

1. Institutional uses: i.e. schools and recreation. To meet current and future needs.

2. Social services space: to offer spaces for midtown organizations who may be losing their spaces due to growth and rising rents.
